I have been to the Home Depot in Salem, New Hampshire many times and have always had a positive experience. I bought two appliances from them in the last couple of months. Delivery was fantastic and on time and the store clerks and manager I dealt with were very helpful. I will be going back to Home Depot to purchase my 3rd appliance (and hopefully last for a long time) from them.
We will never order another appliance through Home Depot again! We ordered an over-the-range microwave oven in the Salem, NH store and it was delivered to our home this past Saturday. A few hours later, we began unpacking it to install it and discovered that a corner concealed behind the packing was severely damaged. When I called the store hoping I could simply take it back, they explained that we have to call the manufacturer since they do not stock the item. I wish I could select zero stars.This place is awful. We have been waiting to pick up an order that was placed yesterday for 45mins. What a joke.
website confusing. drove out of my way in pursuit of a space heater. it has been very cold and damp. they wouldnt even check the warehouse for a straggler. look how many appear to be available for pick up online. don't be fooled. ...Got one finally at @Lowes ...@BestBuy had one for 350.00 left on the shelf. too pricey for one cold ass night at the beach. Lowes had one that had been recalled when i brought it to the register. i was given the runaround. i hate having the "chills" in june.
