No help customer service sucks go to Lowe's if you need anything
Horrible customer service. It's Christmas time and people are trying to get their trees in the freezing cold and nobody is there to wrap and cut them. Woman in the booth sat on her phone instead of actually trying to find someone for us to help. After 20 minutes of waiting we left.
@homedepot congrats on winning the award for horrible customer service. So today I wanted to rent one of your trucks so I could transport a snowblower I bought from your store. When I arrived, I was told they were out. No problem, understandable. When I asked if I could put my name on a list, the head of your "customer service" department said, that she could not place my name on the list and that I would need to stay at the customer service desk until the truck was returned, because it is first come first serve. Home Depot is the WORST. Went in last night to buy a microwave $ 299.00 (none in stock) and they wanted to charge ME $59 to deliver it to the store and we would pick it up there.. Went to BEST BUY got the same EXACT microwave and it was FREE DELIVERY AND $50 CHEAPER!! Will never shop HOME DEPOT AGAIN..
