RecommendedI had an issue with a large order that was shipped from this store. It was the wrong item (an upgrade) but wouldn't start. After going back and forth with multiple customer service agents, I was essentially told there was nothing to be done. I had given up and advised they lost a customer for life. Then my faith was restored by the store manager Anthony who called and advised I would be able to keep the item after I was able to get it started. I was in store on July 25th. At least 5 different store employees were not wearing masks, or had them down below their chins. 145,000 dead Americans is not enough? There is something wrong with management here. I am in a high-risk group and I won't be back until these guys get their acts together. This is inexcusable.
Take better care of your customers.
Just left Home Depot wanted to a few garden products I was going to buy a large cart full of thing so I didn’t have to make multiple trip after loading up they didn’t have a register open out side with everyone trying to social distance right now it was impossible for they were sending everyone to the far end of the store to check out in a cluster F poor planning I’ll try the smaller stores next time
Store is always clean. Products easy to find. Employees are always friendly and eager to help. I prefer myself to shop there over a certain “blue” store close by. Pricing is also fair.
I just bought a very expensive refrigerator at Home Depot and now it’s on sale. They refuse to give me a price adjustment. When I approached the manager about this she walked away from me. I will never buy anything from them again!!!
I went in to the HD in Salem this evening to order pellets. It was a confusing order as we were splitting the bundle deal with another couple. I can’t say enough great things about Candace at the service desk! She went above and beyond to help me. She was patient and took time to make sure the order was right. She deserves a raise!!!!!
Great staff friendly asked if we needed any help which we didn’t but it’s nice to be asked ! Nice clean store love Home Depot
