Much more knowledgeable people working there. Bigger and neater. Easy to find what you need and if you need assistance there are workers available to help you.
Just returned a few smoke detectors and the customer service associate was extremely rude. This seems to be an ongoing issue with the return desk at this Salem nh location. Anytime you need to return a product the employee working returns has an attitude problem but today was the worst by far. Will be calling corporate about this.
I was at the Home Depot on South Broadway today buying some outdoor furniture that was marked down. The scu numbers were incorrect so It would,not ring up at the right price. 2 young ladies from the returns desk offered to help and called for an associate from the garden section. A young man came immediately and corrected the numbers. They, in turn, rang up my purchase and carried it to the exit door for me. Wonderful service.
Asked the manager a simple question on their product tonight. He was rude & said "google it, how should i know". Unreal! Thanks for nothing. P.s. You need a new manager.
So disappointed!! You used to be able to count on them.... their paint section gets 4 stars as one gentleman there most of the time is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, but I just left there - their spring plants are poor, they don't restock items well once out, they do not carry coconut window box liners !????, and the carriage situation in the parking lot was absolutely the worst I've EVER SEEN anywhere! It was hard to find a path to leave the parking lot there were so many everywhere!! And it's a Monday - I'd hate... read more
