Needed outdoor electrical cable, tried to get the attention of an associate with no luck. after 15 mins got aggravated and left . second time not an associate anywhere to be seen. left after 15 mins.
Still have not got my Home depot credit card that I applied and was approved on 11/30/2018. I have spent hours trying to rectify this! I could not recommend Home Depot at this time . Lowes has better Customer service! I have to wait for 7 to 10 Business Days for Verification by mail. The people then told me to go to my local home depot customer service desk and have The HD associate Call them directly. We did our first large online order 😳! Super CRAZY, things coming in at all different times, somethings were mailed to us ... not sure we’d do it again.
Unreliable with appliance deliveries. Your call looking for a paid order will be passed off to several departments. By the time they find your order Home Depot will inconvenience you again with a new delivery date a week or two out.
Huge shout out to Nick at the customer service desk today. My daughter drained my battery while I ran into Staples and Nick went out of his way to give me a jump start. Still good people in the world! Thank you!!
