IF you are thinking of closing the store in Claremont,PLEASE DO. The service there is the worst that it gets. Keep in mind that there is everything available elsewhere in this town. You are the last place that many people go to buy and the number is getting larger daily.....

Very upset that I was told that I cannot buy a pallet of wood pellets. Even 30 bags would be nice to heat my house. I will be buying my pellets elsewhere from now on since you do not want my business. I'm not a fan of Lowes but I have ordered online there once, and they had my order sitting and waiting for me with no limits. Bad business, just bad business.

Unacceptable customer service. Purchased a John Deere on 5/11. Promised delivery on 5/13. Never delivered. Waited all day. No phone call to inform about changed delivery plans. Called to reschedule and confirm delivery for 5/20. Called multiple times on 5/20. Each time customer service confirmed it was on the truck and will be delivered today. Never delivered. Well stocked
I went to Home Depot in Londonderry NH last night to buy a tiny pair of needle nose pliers. They didn't have them. When the woman who was assisting me found out my problem (car problem-long story) she found a long thin pair of tweezers and attempted to fix my car. Then two other employees joined in...3 of them worked together for maybe 20-30 minutes trying to help me. I was stunned and amazed. They were not successful, but still.....they went WAY above and beyond what I would ask or expect, EVER.
