They could not order my tub/surround/door. They couldn't find it even though i gave them picture of combo unit from isle... Woman said it came up as seasonal....Really a bath tub is a seasonal item
When you spend a lot of money on a project and they give you a date they are going to start 2 months prior,but then they think they can change it to whatever they want,that is bullshit.Problem is they hire a lot of shit contractors.Wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.
I refuse to do self checkout. People need jobs. Finding help is scarce. I’d rather support local business.
11:45 on a Saturday and Home Depot had only 3 registers open, trying to force people to use the self service check out and keep more people from having jobs. I refuse to give in.
Today is April 30th, 2015, Spring in NH. I find this humorous.. :P Home Depot in Londonderry hiked the price up by a dollar on their 40 pound Fireside wood pellets to $5.95 from $4.95 winter price??!?!?!?!?!? Anyone can figure this out, from marketing point of view, let me know!!!
This Home Depot is awesome! I decided to come here and write this because we are doing some renovations on our house and we were getting some materials from Home Depot and some from Lowe’s and Lowe’s has been AWFUL in every way. This HD has phenomenal customer service, and the employees are knowledgeable and always willing to help while doing it with a smile. Brent in the doors department was awesome! He was patient, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. We're remodeling our house and it's very stressful. Brent made a small piece of this project easy and stressfree. We ordered 3 doors, a slider and 2 storm doors. If you need new doors, go see Brent!
Great experience here. Store is clean and organized and customer service is great. Highly recommend the monthly Kids Workshop organized by Tim. Great program for adults and kids alike.
