Very poor customer service! Department staff don't appear to know what they are doing. The home installation program is terrible! I have been a good customer because the store is very close but I intend on shopping elsewhere from now on!
Home Depot sucks. The service was less than helpful even when they finally arrived. After checking online to make Sure they had the part then when you get there they don't and say oh well. Wish I had a choice and wish they did a better job with inventory. They also need a better service desk. On a positive side the register clerk did go out of his way to try and help.
I dropped my drill off because it was under warranty and it broke. The drill has been there for more than 3 weeks and they havent done anything about it. No replacement drill while being repaired. I have to buy a new drill the manager said. Home depot has aweful service!
