REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I ordered a chop saw online, tracking showed delviered, however, the security cameras and my building security staff both confirmed it never showed up! Your customer service department's response? "Okay awesome! So I got that pulled up and it is so strange that you haven't received it. So since it is stating it was delivered, the only option that we would have would be to reach out to your financial institution and dispute that charge." When I first moved to Andover, I needed help with window treatment. I had selected the style and products I wanted. Unfortunately, it looked as though your store was out of stock. Without hesitation, Linda Lucas brought the "BIG STAIRS" out and climbed up to the very top shelf nearest the ceiling. There it was the exact one I wanted expect it wasn't within easy reach but she managed to retrieve it for me. THANK YOU Linda Lucas!!!!
Had a bad experience 15 years ago gave them another shot because had multiple bad experiences with Lowes. Couldn’t say enough good things. Carl at the Tewksbury store was very helpful and patient with me. The installers were professional, respectful and very knowledgeable!
