could have got delivery, but they said same day curbside pickup. I ordered Friday mid afternoon its now almost 5pm on Sunday and no feedback, just order received.
Paid extra for next day delivery. 5 days later I decide to pick it up. Called the extension for curbside pickup and was answered by someone from another department. Told me I was supposed to have called curbside pickup and how was he supposed to know why I was there. Extremely rude customer service. Stop using "pandemic" as an excuse for a series of in-house errors that you've had months to figure out. Your front employees have always been rude.

I just purchased a refrigerator 2 weeks ago and now it’s on sale. I tried to talk with the manager about this and she walked away from me. When I went to the customer service desk she came over and refused to give me a price adjustment even though the policy of Home Depot states that if an item goes on sale they will give you that sale price for 30 days. Horrible customer service!!!!! I am disappointed and disgusted in the way I was treated. NEVER aging

Well, with low expectations, you didn’t fail to disappoint. First time I’ve ordered anything fm Home Depot in 15 years. Boycotted you for the very reason I’m upset with you now. Seriously, how hard is it to get an appliance that isn’t banged up or damaged in transit? And your employees could care less. I’ll be in touch w Corporate and my credit card company.
