Store associate Dominga at the Tewksbury Massachusetts location went above and beyond for us to look for an item the store system showed had 5 in stock but none were on the floor, she searched the store front and back until she found it but during this time she checked in with us to let us know she was still searching...the best customer service I've experienced in a long while! My son went for the monthly kids building event. Loved it! I really like way the Tewksbury store sets the event up and has the cub scouts assist. Excellent event for the community! Thank you Home Depot!
worst experience ever with the worst customer service group and the biggest disappointment after buying a new kitchen and then having to return it because a sublet company tells me without seeing my kitchen they just can't install the products I purchased. I will NEVER shop at Home Depot again...
