I l♡ve Home Depot! I literally drive past a Menards (three blocks from my house ) to get to my Home Depot! I like that they have "experts" in the all areas such as plumbing, flooring, electrical... being a woman I was a tad shy about wiring a new carbon monoxide/ smoke detector in our home but this worker literally took the detector out of the box and physically showed me how to confidently hard wire it into my ceiling! Horrible customer service on a huge cabinet issue through Kraftmaid. DO NOT ORDER CABINETS from them...they will come not assembled, warped, and a ton of other issues. The reps at Home Depot are not knowledable on the cabinets and will only design something that looks good on paper.
A staff consisting entirely of helpless neanderthalls. Prepare to wait for 20 minutes+ per department for any sort of assistance only to go down the street to menards for better selection, assistance, and prices.
PLEASE HELP. I am trying to track down a woman who may or may not work at the bloomimgton Home Depot she sells Labrador puppies. I got the best dog in the world from her he was my everything he was tragically killed and I want to find his bloodline to fill the void in my life. Tried to buy a cordless drill combo in store that's offered online (Home Depot web site). They won't honor it in store, not because they don't have the product in store but because... "That's what they tell us, but if you buy 2 drills you get the starter kit with it". Well since you obviously won't take my money in the store for a product currently on your shelf and offered on your own website. I'll go online and it won't be homedepotcom. The Home Depot is requiring all plants that have been treated with neonicotinoids to bear a special tag informing customers that the plant has been exposed to that specific type of insecticide. I WILL CONTINUE TO BOYCOTT ALL GOODS FROM HOME DEPOT AND WILL TELL OTHERS THE SAME.
We ordered and paid for 3 doors to be installed. It took 2 months for two to be installed, the third was measured incorrectly by their contractor, so needed to be reordered. A month later the third door arrived with damage, and needed to be returned. I called to ask when the next attempt at door installation would take place, and it has been a week with zero information and extremely poor communication from multiple managers I have tried to reach for help.
