I've never had a successful interaction at this store. I get treated like I know nothing and when I ask for help I get short answers which are never actually helpful.
My experience with Home Depot-Bloomington location was very disappointing and I recommend going elsewhere. For my small condo kitchen remodel, I was advised to check out Home Depot for kitchen cabinets/installation. I waited a week for a call to measure my kitchen, waited another week until it could be measured, waited another week for a call back from the designer about the measurements. Home Depot has thousands of products, in stores and even more Online. They help disaster victims and Vets when they can and are very willing to replace or repair broken merchandise. Good to have a stable hardware store!
One of the best locations I’ve been to. Very helpful and friendly staff. The variety and placement of merchandise is good, I’m able to find most of the things I need for all my home projects. One thing I would like to see here is a Tool Rental Department, which for that I would recommend the Eagan location.
Building a new home and ordered all of our appliances from the Burnsville Home Depot. They were delivered but the range had a huge dent on it. Delivery people said Home Depot would order us a new one. We were told the new one won't arrive for over a month but said that they will upgrade us to the next level range so we would have a range at closing time on our home. I am so disappointed in Home Depot for selling plants treated with Neonicotinoid pesticides.... you DO know better as do those who make the decision to do this.... will not be buying from you again this year.....
