I went to home depot this afternoon and was very disappointed. During the past 2 weeks I have been taking advantage of the spring black friday deals and have spent over $1000. Today we went down to pick up 20 bags of cement and was told by the employee that I would have to pay $15 for a pallet to be fork lifted on to the back of out pick up truck. Come on guys. I spent over a $1000 in a two week period and I'm still buying - to finish a project.....and you are worried about a pallet. It's only a couple pieces of wood stapled... read more
Every trip to this store, the employees are eager to help and greet me with a warm welcome. They always find a way to make me laugh. They not only care about helping me with my projects and explain how they would do it, they care about the customers.

Service is not what it used to be! You have to search the store for an associate. When you find one, they are barely a help! So sad.
