I had $7k worth of windows installed and have issues yet again, for the 3rd time with them and now they're not contacting me. We went with Home Depot because of the warranty and the "service" which now I am NOT getting, The project loan site where you can contact your "team" is apparently only when they are trying to sell you something. Not sure if I'm regretting Simonton windows or Home Depot Installation!
The Home Depot in Merritt Island, FL was excellent. I had no trouble finding staff when needed. If they didn’t know the answer they found someone who did. They personally took me to what I had asked for. Although they did not have the exact item I was trying to match (it was over 30 years old) they did find a similar item online that may work. No one acted like I was putting them out at all. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist me. I was very happy with my visit there.
The people are very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend this location to anyone!
A British guy named Steve in the Electrical Department help me find just the right lightbulbs for several appliances - refrigerator, ceiling fan, and bathroom fixtures. He was so patient and helpful. Thank you.
To much clutter and the window prices are rediculios
