Your store manager is very rude and then to make a false accusation saying my bestfriend stole from you guys and police search them even after they showed you proof of what they paid for is very disgusting, let alone even after showing proof you guys still trespass them. You guys need a new line of management because as of right now and before this its very poorly. You guys didnt even say sorry, how disgusting

The virus security at the Merritt Island, FL store is a joke. They line people up to come in, limit the number inside, then on check out its chaos. NO line, no distancing, just a mob. When I brought it to the attention of their "Distancing Captain" he scoffed at me and told me to "have a nice day". I am not going back to Home Depot for my own safety. I'm using Ace. They have it together.
I love Home Depot and normally give them all the stars that I can, however, I needed more paint, so I went to the home depot store in Titusville, Florida. I was quite shocked to see that during this pandemic time, they were not wiping down the carts, nor did they have wipes for the customer to wipe down the cart. Luckily, I had wipes in my car. I was very disappointed in home depot, and will be writing a letter to the corporate head quarters.
I think it's bull that Home Depot is open...that's not an essential place of business...I get it that some people might need a fridge or other essential things but there could be certain hours for that.People can wait to do their home renovations and they don't need to garden that bad 😡 still allowing 50 people in the store at a time and open for way too long!!!
