Went here after going to Lowe's and sutherlands.we could get no one to wait on us at both stores.home depot had friendly helpful staff.the guy in flooring Gerald helped us he was very helpful.we will be back next week to pick out the much needed flooring.thanks
Meh, I should have stuck with lowes. Very friendly lady at the kitchen design desk! Don't let your kid ride on the front of the buggy over by the lumber section. There's a female Buggy Police over there who will make your child get off because it's a "safety hazard", I'm pretty sure the truck bed utility box that was balancing unevenly over in her section was a much bigger safety hazard as once my child got off the front of which cart she tripped over the metal utility box!!! Well here goes.....i use to like Home Depot but i was looking to remodel my kitchen well it is getting remodeled alright slowly very very very slowly.....my cabinets were ripped out and started on 3/17/16 it is now 4/12/16.The only thing i have are the cabinets...no counter tops no sink no cook top no hood range no oven no nothin.....these cabinets are costing me right at $15,000 and that is not the oven or the price of an electrician or plumber.....oh or the hood range....we are tired of sandwiches and sure cant afford to e... read more
I had the best online order pick up today at Home Depot, walked in, went to customer service where I met Ms Sabrina Carter. She had my order waiting, she was also knowledgeable and very, very nice. I am very impressed, and I am NOT easily impressed.

Do Not buy Any Appliances from the Alexandria, LA store. I purchased & paid for an appliance on 3/18 today is 3/28. No Delivery! They tell you when it will be delivered at purchase, no delivery! Roger the manger was to call me today, guess what? No delivery, No manger to return my call! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!! My fricking last time!!! They suck!!!
