I am so disappointed in the service of this store. I ordered an appliance from the kitchen dept which was supposed to be in on July 11. No one called me. When I called on July 14, I was told that it didn't leave the warehouse until July 12 and that the lady over he appliance dept would call me when it arrived. This is July 23 and no one has called me. I called today and I was transferred 3x's bc the 3 people I spoke with "didn't know how to look up my order" and placed on hold for 20 mins before I was hung up on. I called ba... read more
I love to shop at Home Depot, each time I shop there I leave satisfied and with what I'm looking for.
I will not be shopping there anymore! Had to complain to get someone to help me get my plywood then I waited 15 minutes to get plywood loaded. Then I ended up doing it myself. It was ridiculous!
