Had them install a storm door, after a long time waiting for them to come do the job, and a lot of money,the door does not work properly and will not close on its own.
Horrible policies and bad customer service. If you want to try to return something you bought online you better have at least an hour or two set aside to sit there while they tell you how it's such a pain and there systems can't return something that is online and not in the store. I feel bad for the employees that are stuck facing the public just unacceptable customer service
Outstanding customer service. They were great with a warranty problem I had with an electric lawnmower. They were great at helpng me resolve the problem in the very best posible way! Thank you very much!
Their service is terrible this is the 2 bs time in less than a year that I have tried to buy either carpet or lenolium and was made to wait for over a half hour for service. Both attempts eventually ended in me giving up and leaving without purchasing anything.
We have been dealing with an issue from this store for almost a month now. We contact corporate resolution and they provided us a great fix! Now after review of the solution was done, Home Depot stated they can big do anything! We have called and spoke to a Lakesha on corporate resolution who promised us a call back, and had not done so. I bought a brand new Whirlpool dryer machine. In less than two months it broke due 2 a faulty heating system in it. Could have burnt down my house! Then their only answer was call Whirlpool 2 fix it. Whirlpool answer was keep putting in a faulty heating system in2 a faulty machine!! Three times they had 2 come out in LESS than than 6 months of having the dryer 2 replace faulty system!!No $ back no replacement & a sitting duck waiting 4 it 2 burn my house down!! Very disappointed in the quality of their custom cabinets, the one cabinet arrived broken, had to order a replacement holding up for 2 weeks construction in finishing my kitchen. replacement arrives with a break in the same spot! you would think they would have checked it before i came to pick it up! very very disappointed. A $188 cabinet! will be very careful as to anything ordered from them
