Went in the day after Christmas to buy a dryer...ended up leaving with a washer/dryer set and saving a lot of money!! Employees were great and manager solved a price/product concern with no hesitation.
The lady in the appliance area was very nice and super helpful. However, they did not have the washer and dryer i wanted in Stock and was on back order so I didn't purchase anything from there.
DON'T EVER buy your appliances from this Home Depot!! I have NEVER written one of these reviews but I've had it!! We purchased a LG True Steam front loading washer and dryer with the drawers under both. They aren't the most expensive but they were expensive to us & the most we ever spent on appliances! They were purchased 12/28/12 along with the 4-year extended warranty for an additional $288! So...as you can guess...the time came to call in on our warranty. Out of the blue, ...Continue Reading
Very nice and helpful staff. I didn't know exactly what I needed and an employee approached me and asked if I needed help and made the perfect suggestion.
You lost my paint business due to the people who work in your paint department. I went to Sherwin Williams, got outstanding service. Tell your guy who worked there on Saturday around 2 that Sherwin Williams is open on Sat and also Sun. Waited in line for 15 min to be told that they couldnt match the color because it was on shiny paper. He said we have the state of the art machine, bull, went to Sherwin Williams, they had the color configuration in their computer even though it was from an unknown company. It doesn't do me much good to be able to park in a handicap space in the parking lot only to have to be "herded" to where the manager wants me to exit the store by walking past a good number of closed registers with their aisles blocked only to have to double back to the exit doors on the other side of the checkouts. Hire enough people to work so they can watch for shoplifters instead of just assuming that everybody is one and blocking easy exit points. Just another example of corporate greed that affects people adversely.
This store turned me down for a Veterans discount today. Unbelievable, they wouldn't accept my PA License with VETERAN on it. I won't be back and I WILL spread this far and wide.
