I waited for a half hour and when someone finally got to me they waited on a person that just walked in the door. they lost a 400.00 sale for a 15 dollar shade. I'll never shop here again. I'll pay double elsewhere before I do again losers.

does not stand behind the products they sell. Manufacturers send beat up broken appliances and then will not give money back. paid over $1800 and was offered $378 refund. The whole back side and botyom of washer was squashed and the entire side of the dryer was dented. Needless to say my credir card will be cancelled and I will never buy a nail from the store again. I beg of everyone- take your business elsewhere where your money and business are respected and valued.
You guys are a complete joke my sister is in North Carolina is waiting for her generator to show up it’s been siting in Missouri and is now told it’s not gonna show up she is not in the dangerous zip codes. People who were in the dangerously zip codes got there stuff. She bought this generator cuz they knew they wld probably lose power.
