This was a terrible experience. I ordered a curbside pickup. I arrived when it said my order was ready and when I called, the women on the phone was extremely rude and made me feel like I was bothering her. Then when they brought out my $300 purchase, they didn’t say a word to me, although I was standing there trying to ask them a question about the product. I also ordered for it to be assembled, but it came out in the box. What kind of customer service is that?
Your delivery sucks the utter of life. You sent a scrawny dude an a little woman to deliver a massive fridge, an then dumped it in my driveway and left. Why ??? The entry was a 24" ramp?? 2' off the ground!! Maybe, just maybe you should hire people who can use a little bit of muscle or be able to at least be able to move the appliance you deliver. Just a little bit of ambition is all you would have needed. But there was none. You get a -1 for customer satisfaction. Pitiful.
They keep sending ANNOYING emails and you cannot unsubscribe.
Beyond rude! No need to scream at a customer who is shopping in an aisle to get out of there because they need to walk by and retain social distancing. Our business will all be going to competition from this day foward
I use this home depot mostly for paint & gardening, I have never had a bad experience. We bring our dog & the workers give him tons of attention. Love that home depot is dog friendly!
11/5/2019 bought a refrigerator it was delivered they ripped my flooring. Made a claim that day. And, to this date they still havd not compensated me, so i can fix my floor. 25 phone calls anddozens of emails.
Big shout out to Erin in Gardening!! She helped me save $70 (that’s how much a replacement stand was on-line) by helping find the right eye screws for my Christmas Tree stand!!!! Don’t worry HD, I had 2 bathrooms remodeled this year, that $70 was spent many times over!!!! Thanks Again Erin!!! Merry Christmas!!!
