My roommate recently had our siding replaced. What they said would take 1 week took 6, many delays with no communication, the contractor who actually did it shot a nail through a wire and finally didn’t clean up. There are handfuls and handfuls of NAILS left on the ground. Dug into our gravel for our 3 kids and pups to find with their feet and paws.
Hillsboro, when are you going to learn that poor customer service and a bad attitude towards a customer doing a big remodel project as myself was a big mistake. Lowe’s earned my business, you know, the guys next door. So when somebody has a question don’t throw attitude and walk off. Not professional and not cool.
I went to home depot to pick some cements bag and park where you park to pick up and this jerk just started yelling to move my piece of shit car.he even approach my boyfriend and said if he didn't move it he was going to kick his ass.glad my boyfriend was very calm he said if you want you move it .I was in the car and said what is your problem he said your not a contracter to park thier I said don't need to I come to spend my money so once again he was going to move my car .I had my pit bull in my car he is a very calm dog a... read more

Had two new doors installed in our home. We went through Hillsboro Home Depot which we will never ever do again. They called us fifteen minuted before they were scheduled to arrive and told us that they didn't have the right doors and could order them. We have waited weeks for the "order" already. They were supposedly painted, not the stained wood in the rest of the entire house, so fine. We compromised and took the white doors now. These were not painted at all, but actually primered.
