RecommendedShout out to this Home Depot and their crew. Took in a bunch of evacuated horses and other animals from the fires and need supplies. They graciously donated a bunch of buckets so we could water all the animals being rescued! Thank you so much guys!!! You’re hero’s.
Customer service. The Home Depot is great for many reasons...Selection, number of stores and pricing. However, their customer service is SO poor that I can't recommend them unless you are okay with waiting several days for a store pick up or don't mind waiting on the phone several minutes before someone picks up...

I understand this pandemic mentality. you allow PRO members, like myself in ahead of other customers. that's great, however once inside we are now at the mercy of the store full of DIY fools that should be home. then you only have two checkers at the lumber doors ? your the only store I visit that doesnt have self service open. I understand this will fall on deaf ears, cause after all your making a fortune off the DIY fools that should be home. As a contractor, it shouldn't take me over an hr to get a gallon of paint 😡
One checkout for a line that went from the front of the store to the East, then west, then back of the store, then to the one checkout stand. After spending 15 minutes in line to get into the store. Lowe’s doesn’t make you do this...why did we go here???

terrible customer service. I paid over $1,000 for a dishwasher with installation. they have had my money since December 2. It's now December 31 and I have had 2 delivery and installation teams out here. my new dishwasher is still sitting in my garage without installation. First they sent me a damaged dishwasher. Then they sent a delivery team out that didnt have the proper supplies to install it. They then rescheduled me for an earlier date.
