The quality of your Customer Service is getting worse and needs some improvement. My daughter and I bought numerous indoor plants and needed a box to carry them out to my car. The cashier did not have any at her station, so she suggested to (either) put them in plastic shopping bags or I (the customer) can get one myself (and proceeded to tell me where to go in the store to find one). I am so frustrated with the window job I had done by Home Depot. My 6 year old windows are leaking into my house and walls. I have made 9 phone calls since Dec. 26. Home Depot has since sent 2 separate contractors out to confirm our terrible situation, with no return calls or follow ups. A manager at the store actually told us that home services will ignore us until we go away. A week ago I received an automated message confirming our satisfaction with the completed project. I go there all the time,.they are my neighbors .I broke a ratchet wrench once the guy handed me a new one no questions were even asked.I uses a lot of husky tools in my life time
