Is the Flag display fixed yet?
I bought a medicine cabinet from them in 9 17. It fell off the wall and the customer service person sent me new brackets but not all and no screws ! Told me reuse the previous screws! I will think twice before shopping in home depot again.
Literally haven’t received a single working plumbing component from Home Depot - ever. Wouldn’t let me return a toilet. Wouldn’t send me replacement parts to things that arrived broken, warranty service was less then useful (6 weeks on a response!?) - they sell you broken stuff then drag their feet so long on providing any kind of response that you give up and buy something else from someone else. It’s insane.
Customer service at this store leaves MUCH to be desired. I spent a long time on the phone with an associate who helped me with an order for a custom cabinet. At the end he told me he had to leave because his shift was over and he wasn't allowed any overtime, but he assured me the order would be at the Customer Service Desk - just come in and ask for it and pay with my credit card. Ordered 48 sheets of drywall for delivery. Date came, and got everything except the drywall. Was given the run around for 5 hours - as apparently my order (though done through Happy Valley store) was passed to Mall 205 store, etc.. Took me about 4 hours to figure out what was going on - all the promises I got about getting calls back were empty. Merchandise is poor quantity! The staff has little to no knowledge about the product or how it goes in WHEN YOU CAN FRICKIN FIND ONE... And they won’t quit asking about the stupid credit card… and the new self check out registers with no counter space create in impersonal experience with a longer wait as your waiting for the ONE associate who runs MULTIPLE check stands. I’m sure this is a management thing. They don’t properly staffed the store. And they don’t foster education of the products for their staff. It’s very sad to... read more
I returned n air conditioner that I had not opened and the Return cleark “Amber” treated me as though I was doing something dis honest. Very negative experience
