The store is often chaotic and seems that the staff are unable to communicate properly. Their delivery department is particularly disappointing. We've attempted to have two deliveries. The first was only able to be completed through a series of phone calls back-and-forth between Home Depot and ourselves. The second We had to call off all together due to Home Depot's inability to let us know when the delivery was going to be attempted.
Employees really can't be bothered to help or give any meaningful directions. They will however, ask you to move out of their way. I'm going back to Ace.
Loved the experience of shopping in this store! That's of things to choose from and really friendly people. And for all of that I would've given it five stars until I found out that the Home Depot does not honor veterans by giving a veteran discount. So disappointed! Shame on you Home Depot!

Shelley was awesome. She was so patient with me. She was friendly and knew where everything was. I was pleasantly surprised that shopping on "black Friday " didn't suck.( I haven't ever shopped on black Friday.)
Worst customer service I've ever had! Won't be going back to this Home Depot. I asked someone for help and she just kept walking past me saying "I don't work in this department!" She could have gotten me someone who did. Another employee kept standing in our way while we were grabbing boards, which he could clearly see! The people here are just plain rude!
