I would like to thank Jennifer and Brian for being so helpful and professional during my floor installation project. I appreciate how quickly you addressed any issues that came up. The Allure Sedona looks great (shout out to Superior Flooring - Jeff/Isaac) and I met my preferred deadline.
Ordered tile online, went to pickup...girl at service counter was very rude, but the guy that brought my order up, followed me out and loaded all 15 boxes in my van and was super nice! Shop here quite often, most are helpful and we typically find what we need.
The so called pro loader guy, you guys have SUCKS!!!! More worried about that dam phone in the pocket instead of helping the customer. Let me tell you I would have had better help if I had my wife help me instead of the useless employee you have.
Wish I had the option to give a big 0. Horrible customer service. Every appliance I have purchased from here SUCKS.
There service sucks...never anyone there to help you....Lowe's better company in all aspects
I will go to Lowe's right next door until you give that guy in Spokane his veteran's discount. Firing that manager would not hurt, either.
