I DO NOT RECOMMEND HOME DEPOT FOR ANY KITCHEN REMODEL. Or THE MANAGER CATHY! They have no clue how to help customers at all its a complete joke! Lowe’s came out and had the job done the same day Home Depot gave the run around on they have no idea about anything to do with counter tops or cabinets! They are a waste of space. She don’t even know what she’s taking about to even help. Why you there lady!
Lot of great stuff and helpful
Found an easy chair to sit in while my friend did his shopping.
I bought a Frigidaire refrigerator on 11/16/17 and was promised delivery on 11/21. Frigidaire rescheduled to 11/25 and then again to 11/28. When it was finally delivered it was damaged - inside shelves not even attached! The delivery guys took it back promising I would hear from someone within 48 hrs and a replacement would be expedited. Never got a call from anyone. I called them after 72 hrs and am told I cant get delivery until 12/12!!!! My current frig is BROKEN and I am living out of a cooler! I had help with some lumber for a shiplap project yesterday and I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service. There was a man who saw me trying to pull 8' plywood off the shelf and immediately came to help. Then a man by the name of "Gene" cut and helped me load. Everyone was kind and helpful! I couldn't be more satisfied with my service yesterday!
