Zach in the paint department needs to know he is a great employee. He didn’t give up like other employees at the other Home Depot’s I went to. He figured it out and now my deck is finally stained after weeks of the run around by others. Thank you Zach. You impressed me with your customer service skills and your determination to help me.
Not enforcing wearing of masks by shoppers or employees.
Today I counted one employee with a mask on. The majority of customers also did not have a mask on. Why is Home Depot Edwardsville not enforcing???
Very long crazy complicated story that involved 4 new kitchen appliances, and the delivery company hired by Home Depot. My complaint is actually with the delivery company, but Home Depot Manager John went over and above to drive to our home and personally install our dishwasher himself, on his lunch break. He owned this problem and turned this miserable experience into a positive one. I would recommend any business that took care of their customers the way they would want to be treated. Thanks John, it was very appreciated.
Picked up an extremely heavy and bulky table that I had ordered online - and on top of that, it barely fit into my SUV. Jason and Philip loaded it like champs! They really went above and beyond. Can't thank them enough!
Huge shout out to the team at Edwardsville Home Depot. Our water heater died and was still under warranty. Taylor did an awesome job, giving us a refund without any hassle. Aaron helped me pick out a new one and helped me find all the parts I needed. Gary provided comic relief as he retrieved the water heater from the top shelf, and Mike sold me on the WiFi connection, helped us load it, and kept my son entertained the entire time.
Thanks to the associate that is also wheelchair bound, I can confidently begin alterations to my home knowing that a REAL expert is on hand. ADA compliant codes dont cover all my needs, she can help with those extra solutions because she truly understands our frustration and our needs. Thanks, Home Depot for being smart enough to cover those of us with true handicap needs as well as others making alterations for aging parents moving in.
