I went in yesterday to buy a grill for my husband. I needed one still in the box because I had my car, and most of the grills come preassembled. One of the guys went out of his way to search for it for probably 20 minutes with no luck. As I was checking out he came to track me down and told me he found one, and then took it straight to my car for me. Lowe’s never would’ve done that for any of their customers! I could go on all day about Lowe’s and their horrible customer service. Home Depot for the win �
