Never order anything from Home Depot. Impossible to return damaged items. Ridiculous expectations for returns. Never ever again will I ever buy from Home Depot!
I tried to return a 12v Makita Multi tool, was told I could only get store credit and not cash,so I asked to speak to mgr. He came up,we politely disagreed. I told them how I thought the policy was wrong..... He told me to call home depot Home Office and tell them. Everything is fine at this point until I go to walk away and the manager and his associate High 5 each other, As though they were happy over an unpleased customer. RecommendedHighly recommend working with Brandon and/or Aaron. These guys are amazing with the customers they serve. They make sure to help their customers until they are satisfied, especially when corporate screws up. Thank you Brandon for going above and beyond for us when corporate cancelled our appliance order without our authorization and made us go back to the store to reorder our appliances!
I bought a 200.00 weed eater and brought it home . due to the weather I could not use it . finally when I was able to open it up to use it I discovered it was filthy . went back to the Alton location to return it for a new one and was made to feel like I had tried to pull a fast one on them . they were telling me (in front of other customers) that there is no way I purchased it from them . will never do business with this location again.
go in to get my husband a motorized shopping cart which is right on the inside of the door the door greater demanded me to go out the other door to take the motorized shopping cart out to the car for my husband tried talking to the manager and she did not seem to care about her customers
I come here vs competitors because I get great customer service and feel welcomed.
Bought the whole kitchen appliance set and extremely happy with Terri the sales lady and the shipping team! 5 stars for service!
Just left a cart of stuff at the register when the only cashier you had working couldn’t check me out. I’m on my way to Lowe’s now. Last time I checked I don’t work at your store nor do I get an employee discount when I do your job. Hire people to work the register or I for one will take my business elsewhere. I haven’t seen a drop in pricing since you opened self checkout.
I quit shopping at Home Depot when Lowes started offering Vets 10% off. Have saved a lot of $
