I returned a Toro Recycler lawnmower after it blew oil all over the front of it. I told the gal that I wanted to return it. She said all she could do was send it in for repairs unless I wanted to drive it to the repair ceenter in Collinsville, IL. No, I did not. She said that she was going to charge me the $18.95 fee for sending it out. A FEE! Disappointed in Home Depot and Toro! I won't be doing business with either for a while.

Be warned. Do not buy paint (Behr) from Home Depot. I purchased 3 gallons and 2 had a blob of congealed white paint on the bottom. It was that way before they mixed it because the color was not mixed with the congealed blob. Manager argued that Behr maintains the warranty. I just bought it from this store. This was an admission that Home Depot does not stand behind the products they sell. After arguing she finally agreed to reimbursing me for one gallon. I would urge you NOT to buy carpet from Home Depot. The contractor that they use, Superior Carpet is a joke. Home Depot has gone out of their way to help me with the situation. The associates at Superior carpet are rude, condescending, liars and unprofessional. They have gone as far as hanging up on me when I call them on their lies. Please use someone else until Home Depot stops using them.
