I am so mad....My Sister and I came out last night for the DIY class to make the Deco. Ladder and they decided not to have it......We got there early around 6:00Pm. so it wasn't because there wasn't anyone there for it.......Sure was disappointing .......:( I am sending this to the Manager.....
Went there 3 minutes before they closed for ONE ITEM and they had already locked the doors. If I were to lock the doors 3 minutes early where I worked I would be fired. Normally wouldn’t try to go to store this late either but we had just attended a funereal and stayed later than we thought. This is seriously horrible customer service and how you lose customers. Like I said it was just one item it’s not like we were going to be in there for 30 minutes. Hopefully they don’t treat all customers this way.
