Home Depot needs to train its employees better not to make political statements to customers. Today one employee condemned all Oklahoma teachers to me and said they ought to be fired. He didn’t know I was a teacher. I threatened to return my $1,000 order of building materials and get it somewhere else. He backpedaled.
Horrible management. I will never spend my money at a store who does not respect our veterans.
I went to Home Depot tonight because our 3 year old decided to clog the toilets with toothpaste and toys. I was on a mission to get a "Flange." When I walked toward the plumbing isle, your associate David must've seen the lost look on my face. He offered to help with a smile and took me exactly where I could find what I needed. He was completely patient with me and made me feel as though my issue was his number one priority. Thanks for the awesome customer service!
