If you folks don’t want to give veterans a military discount when spending money at your stores, then just say so. Don’t make us jump through hoops to give you some kind of a card we have to go through the Dept of the Army to get. A simple DD 214 proves our service. Very disappointed!
I had a bad experience at the store, but the manager made everything more than ok. Will be going back.
While visiting Home Depot in Owasso im reminded why McCune Properties Inc. always uses Lowes. Thanks to the cashier telling me i need to use the self checkout instead of hers at number 2. Talking to fellow employees must be more important than being helpful to your customers
Where to start.... we purchased flooring to be installed a month and a half ago and has yet to be installed. Was finally delivered Monday and said it needed 3 days to adjust. We have had to call and get everything set up bc not 1 person contacted us. Finally after another call they are suppose to install monday... 7 days after delivery. Terrible customer service so far.
I purchased tile for two rooms about 6 months ago . thought I bought enough for two rooms so I went back for more and they discontinued this tile and sold the remaining on clearance so when I returned the 10 boxes they refunded me half if what I paid for it. Because what they had left the sold at half price.probably won't be buying from them again. Back to Lowes.
