Justin and his manager were amazing. My mother and I were shopping for supplies to go help my brother and his wife's house in Dickinson, TX after the hurricane. From the goodness of their hearts, they gave us a discount and was so kind in helping us around the store. The world needs more customer service like this!!!!!
We have been trying to get our door that we purchased 8 months ago fixed. It doesn't close properly and leaks. There is no customer service. We have to call to find updates on what is going on, they never take the initiative to make a phone call. They just don't care. They got our money, and that seems enough for them. I will never shop at an home depot again. And I will tell everyone why.
