waited in line for 32 minutes. two customers in front of me. this should be unacceptable. I would of been better of going to Lowe's. next time I will!
I like Lowe's best. they give my husband va discount without any issues. lots of times I have had issues with the no interest. but you have my husband. he likes you better than lowes.
Ordered online through homedepot Wednesday, they sent the order to 2 stores plus part delivery (when everything was at one store) the order total was 146.81 they charged my debit card that plus 28.18 after the order was canceled. I had to buy everything separately costing me more money.They processed the 28.18 but are having IT issues and can't process the 146.81 both of which I should not have been charged . Way to go homedepot
I needed assistance today to get a 6 foot shelving board down from a high shelf. I walked around and tried to find an associate to help me. I called the store’s customer service and requested for help on aisle 36. No one ever came. So I called again and still no one came to help me. I finally gave up and tried to get it myself. After a lot of work and pulling a muscle in my shoulder I was able to lower it enough to get get it in my basket. This is ridiculous. So much for ordering online. Never recieved our order. Waited on hold over 3 hours to be hung up on by representative Marlon Jackson. No way am i calling back for another 3 hours. We will shop at Lowe's from here on out.
