You might try training your employees a little better. My wife went to your store for 1 purpose...a deck belt for our Cub Cadet that we bought at your store. She gave you the part # for the mower and you gave her a belt that you said would work...OF COURSE IT DID NOT! Take pride in your job and learn what you are selling. Thank you for wasting our time and money.

Purchased a piece of carpet 12' by 20' on July 3 to use for a specific event. When we rolled the carpet out on the morning of the 4th, it was 2' short of the 20. Had to use it for the event - they didn't have another 20' on the roll, couldn't credit me for what they charged me for that I didn't receive - but I could drive 40 miiles to the Home Depot nearest to my home with the short piece and explain to them to see if I could get a refund - it would cost me more in fuel to do that than to just eat what they charged me for th... read more
