You did not look really busy in there yesterday but I waited 27 minutes to buy a pint of paint primer I think that's on believable that I would have to wait that long they had to call the guy three different Times over the loudspeaker where I had to walk up to the main desk and ask for someone to please help me absolutely ridiculous
Took tens of minutes before assistance getting the wrong stain. Even took in a sample. Also, the can't key a lock these days. Another craftsmanship gone by the wayside.

We ordered and had installed wooden blinds, which are by no means inexpensive. The ones in the kitchen broke the first time they were lifted and the other one wouldn't raise. We have spent weeks and multiple calls and visits only to be given the run around.
Went to a DIY workshop. The person who does workshop on vacation. The manager on duty was Braxton Price. He was very nice and apologized several times and took our information and said he would have the project built for us. Yesterday he called and said it was ready. I picked up today..it was great! A man of his word! He put in my car and gave me a letter thanking me for being a customer and once again told me he was very sorry. Thank you for caring about your customers. Home Depot is lucky to have you !!
