went in to buy a light. ad was on shelf for buy one light get another light. I didn't see the ad was over May 3 2020 its may 12 2020. I think he had a wrong attitude on this. he got kind of sassy when I called him out on how long the ad had been left on the shelf. I told him I thi n k he should honor the ad.
Great store some stuff little higher than Lowe's but all around great friendly folks .
Their kid workshops are great! The selection of tools is smaller than Lowe’s but the staff is friendly.

Sold stackable washer and dryer to my tenant and this was the install. One man, no tools. Tenant has repeatedly tried to contact home depot. Left numerous voice mails, NO response. Totally unsafe and a fire hazard.
I love the quality of their wood products. I don’t know who their purchase supplier is, but I hope they don’t change. I’ve been to 2 Lexington stores, & 1 TN. They don’t compare to the craftsmanship of wood that I get here. And, it’s always in stock. Please don’t change. Even the customer service is great. It’s worth 2.5 hour trip.
The customer service at Home Depot is regularly surpassing their competitor Lowe’s. Typically at Lowe’s not only do I have to search for someone to help, but then I receive responses like “I don’t know” or the best “I suggest you ask someone else” (my personal favorite 😒). Today the BG store, we had someone volunteer his assistance, because I know I looked lost.
