I shop a lot there almost every day. They got all what I need for my projects. Customer service are ok but I always have my two favorite associates there Ben and Corey they always do an excellent job also help me with my long shopping lists. They always smiling and welcoming. Checkout is easy, always get help to load supplies to my car.

My family and I purchased carpet from Home Depot in Bowling Green. Everything was fine until the the day the carpet was supposed to be installed this past Friday. Installers were supposed to arrive at 9AM. They called at noon and said there was a mixup. They said they would be there to install this coming Tuesday. We had already taken off of work and shoved three rooms worth of furniture and other items into two rooms. Shame on you for not honoring state veteran licenses. I had to show my DD214 to get that and I’m sure the discount wouldn’t bankrupt your company. Instead I hade to “be shown” what you will accept from some girl that I am sure never served this country and I didn’t appreciate the embarrassment, Lowes allowed me to register with them so all i have to do is give them my number and don’t have to carry my CAC card which i keep locked up Shame

the web site is terrible. I am looking at front porch coach lights and it won 't let me scroll right or down to look at additional lights. Called a friend and they could not do it either on their computer. According to these they only have 5 models of lights to sell but I know that's not true because of promos I have received - they have a bout 20! Guess I'll go to Lowes today and buy my new porch lights.

Home Depot , B owling Green, Ky #2318, refused to give me the Veterans discount even tho I had my vetrerans photo I.D. The Black lady behind the counter said that my I.D. did not show my branch of service. So my card is old, the newer ones have the branch of service on them. But what difference should that make to Home Depot? If you are a veteran you are a veteran. 4 stars instead of 5 because, IMO, they're a little more pricey than comparable stores. Very large selection.

Two weeks ago we went to order a storm door, the employee was on break. Finally got helped. We needed installation so of course they said that we needed to have someone come measure the door. We got our last storm door there and seems like they could have looked it up or take your word when you tell them you know the size. Anyway, said someone would call to come measure. Supposedly they came a week ago and they have not let Home Depot know the measurements. 2 weeks!!! Guess they don't want to sell us that door very badly. Po... read more

Very nice place , employees are very helpful & friendly & was 100% on the ball with mixing & handling my paint order yesterday!! I recommend it!! I've been here many times as a kid! thank you!!
