We took Today OFF to take 'Confirmed' Delivery of our New Samsung Refrigerator & at the last minute (this AM) we called to 'Confirm Delivery Time' (b/c we never got the call we were promised) & after getting the 'HD Run Around' (& promises to call us right back) we're now being told our Refrigerator was Damaged in Shipping (known to them yesterday) & they do not have a 'Deliverable' Refrigerator for us Today... Lowe's will get ALL our Business in the Future...
No offered assistance. Can't find stuff easily. Felt rushed to get out of store at closing time. Didn't have many of the items I needed that Lowes has in stock.
