I am very pleased with the customer service. I won't go into details, but the installation took three days due to bad contractors. Mr Crespo worked with me and the US installation Group and made things right. Based on the conversations with the original installers and Home Depot, this was a rare experience with contractors that normally aren't used. I have friends who need carpet from the hurricane and I will definitely recommend
Need an ABUNDANCE of customer service training. Employees more worried they had ten minutes until their break than helping customers. They avoided eye contact and intentionally went down aisles to avoid be asked for help. Was within 10 feet of 8 different employees and was not acknowledged or offered help. Will not be returning.
Good luck finding help in here. The people scatter whenever you get close to one. Just awful. Customer service is little to none.
Waited around for over 15 minuted to get the stove that we wanted. No one came. Took the ticket up front to purchase it and the lady at customer service was being being very rude. We were about to spend over $1000 and they pissed me off so much that I said screw it. I’ll go to Loews.
Try to get them to price match their own company and they wont do it! Had a tractor supply ad for price match, would t take it had a friend order same item online from home depot and they wont price match it either! Horrible service i cant give them My Money
One of the better stores I have been in. The one on 23rd sucks.
Tim in the paint department did his level best to custom mix a concrete stain for me and make it match the pictures I showed him. He was outstanding!!!
