I had no problem with kitchen and bath! Also flooring my kitchen is almost completed! They took my order for the bathroom and tile for the dining area and bathroom! The contractor will be measuring the sank tomorrow to order the new bathroom sank! I give them 5 stars!:-)
Crappy customer service. They don't care about their customers. Nothing is ever in stock. No managers around to speak with, all they do is relay the message through their employees. Not helpful!
This is the worst customer service and is not a contractor friendly store, I will spend more not to give any business to this store.
I just had to walk out of Home Depot covered in paint. The guy forgot to put the lid on tight and the cap fell off at self checkout. Paint everywhere. Manager refused to help. Could have used a garbage bag or something to put shoes in (covered in paint). #offtolowes
A huge thank you to the associates that went above and beyond helping my husband and I re-key three locks to all have the same keys for our new house. They were all very helpful! Thanks so much!
