Homedepot your Enfield CT store was a nightmare with no employees in lumber to even find help from. Once we found help from someone in windows and door he spent 20 mins trying to find lumber that didn’t exist (304.364) they looked in the computer and sent us to Manchester who has 36 in stock. We get to Manchester and the shelf is empty. I talked to a useless employee named johnathan who said if it’s not on the shelf we have none and he WALKED AWAY without another word. Great craft, easy to follow directions, I went with my 18month old and she loved it. She painted and hammered. Staff was very friendly and clear on the instruction.

Very nice store n friendly services
Bought mower yesterday & it quit after mowing 1/2 my lawn. Called and spoke to Garden and they recommended bringing it in with no guarantees it could be fixed ( I live 45 min away). A Garden employee transferred me to Hardware & guy rude & asked why I asked for him. I said I didn’t, it was Garden and line went dead. I called back & spoke to nice woman in Customer Service who connected me to a Garden employee she thought could help since he was mechanical. He & CS were the only employees who cared!
