My second home, and my favorite room is the hardware section.
Ordered a Weber grill online and was given a delivery date between 4/24 and 4/28. I did this for the connivence and free shipping. It’s 4/28 and the grill still is in processing and I can’t cancel my order because they can’t contact the vendor and order still in process. Nothing they can do. They blame the pandemic and vendor. Maybe Home Depot you shouldn’t offer to ship products if you can’t guarantee a delivery date. You offered no solutions!
would be nice if you posted pictures of people that are working in each department. That way I would not waste my time going in the paint dept. not sure of the woman's name but she is NOT very good with customer service or social distancing. Lost a large paint sale today because of her
I bought a Milwaukee drill set from there and it broke with in the first 15 mins of using it. So just wanted to switch out for a new drill set. The employee didn’t even check and just said we don’t have anymore in stock. So now I have to wait 5 days to get my 380$ to deposit back into my account. I’ve also bought a echo hedge trimmer for 350$ and broke after the second time I use it. Why would you put security outside to control the amount of people in the store, then put markings and signs reminding people to social distance, when you have a f...ing cashier coughing all over my order. That cheap mask she was wearing should of been thrown away hours ago. I had to leave my card and my merchandise in the bed of my truck, I wouldn’t dare take them inside before cleaning them. Thanks Home Depot. Great job
