So let me get this straight Mr Home Depot, You're willing to give us 10% off for military discount BUT if you fought in Combat and did NOT get blown up, you will not give that Veteran a discount because it's not "service connected." So you only honor physically wounded veterans. Hmmmm interesting. Shame on you Mr Depot!

The customer service at the Enfield location is second-to-none. When I had an issue purchasing a lawn mower in 2027, the manager personally reached out to me in an attempt to understand what happened, resolve my concerns, and to make sure the situation didn’t repeat for another customer. You’ll find everything you need for your home improvement project and people who are willing to assist you with any ... read more

I want to thank Lynn and home depot for donating calendar making kits to our Girl Scout Brownie troop! We always enjoy coming to the Saturday workshops with our own kids and Lynn was so kind to give me kits, brushes, paint, and even pins for my girl scout girls! We are going to have so much fun at our next meeting!

I love it when the store manager and MET manager both stand in the aisle watching me load all my 10' 4x4's myself and then once I place the last one on my cart, finally they ask me if I need help. Great job guys! Way to set an example.

Horrible experience at checkout with over $500 in items. Seems that the Enfield store changed the policy for Veterans discount. The cashier said I had to be "service connected" to receive the discount. When I told him that I was he argued with me so I asked for a manager. The supervisor for cashiers came over and said the cashier reported me as being hostile. I absolutely was not hostile and I will NEVER spend another penny in the Enfield Home Depot due to the way I was treated. Other stores the cashier says "thank you for y... read more
