I wish there was a Lowes or Menards closer to woodbury than just Home Depot! Very poor Customer Service as well as never bring fully staffed so that you could get assistance. It didn't always used to be this way but now you go in for one item and wait like an hour before you're helped cause the items are either missing something or hidden else where in the aisle or shelves
I'm neck-deep in a painting project right now. I'm currently on like sample #10-15. Stopped in the other night for 1/2 pint samples. The young woman working in the paint department could not have been more helpful and friendly. While my samples were being prepared, I browsed. I asked the woman in the custom kitchen department where I could find a schedule of upcoming workshops. She didn't know but left her project to find out. She got the info and came back to tell me. Woodbury Home Depot doesn't even deserve one star but it was the only way I could figure out how to post here. Seven months ago I purchased Traffic Master vinyl plank flooring and paid to have it installed. I could write a book. These are the highlights: Customer service at this store is beyond awful. Very frustrated. Purchased asiatic lily tiny shadow planted over the weekend, come to fine out today that not the case. I do not want yellow lily. Why aren't these plants label right unless the blooming or destroyed?
They ladies there were very nice and helpful. One even gave my girl Skylar some of her jerky:) after asking of course;)
I have had the ABSOLUTE WORST experience with our Home Depots carpet installation!!!!! Not only did the installers damage our brand new white baseboard, they didn't have any knowledge of our staircase runner! Now, 3 weeks AFTER our scheduled instal date, we are STILL waiting. EXTREMELY POOR communication between Home Depot, instal company, binding company and most of all me the customer! I would NEVER recommend Home Depot carpet to any one!!!
Thank you for having a special parking spot for our wounded veterans. It means a lot to me as a daughter of a disabled WWII veteran and a mother of a son of who is currently serving our country I appreciate your quiet and impressive show of respect.
