Home Depot - Open Even In Power Outage Last Saturday I headed to Home Depot to pick up paint supplies to begin our weekend of painting and home improvement and while power was out in that entire part of the city, Home Depot was wide open running on a generator and the cash registers were also up. The store manager was greeting people at the door to welcome them and explain the situation. While the power never returned during my trip, I am thankful that I was able to shop and get home to start working.
Huge selection This is a huge store with some of everything in it that you might need for any type of handyman job or the serious building project. Sometimes hard to find an employee if you have a question and then sometimes they don't have any idea for an answer, but overall a good place to shop. They do have good sales though.
Parts, tools and more I much prefer shopping at Home Depot because it has everything I could need. Even the garden center is very nice, although I did buy a Tree once and it failed within the year. I was also disappointed when I called to get an estimate on my patio deck to rebuild it. They never called back after 2 messages to call.
Home Depot Home Depot is a great one-stop shop for anything from flower pots to kitchen sinks. Each time I go here the staff are helpful, friendly, and truly knowledgable.
I’m very disappointed. I order a ship to store item that I was told would be there on 09/04 and every time I call the date has changed now it is 9/08 and still no product. This is not acceptable for a project timeline that I. Ow have to completely re arrange.
Very disappointed in our water heater. We have had nothing but problems and now that we need a new one NEITHER Rheem or Home Depot will take responsibility in assisting us to replace it EVEN THOUGH Rheem AGREES the water heater IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY!!! Rheem says they won’t help because they don’t sell to the general public and since Home Depot no longer carries our particular model they won’t order it?!? Both promise calls back and neither one does.

Curbside pick up is a complete joke. Someone not in a uniform can take up to 25 mins per order. I’ve seen 4 cars leave and just forgo getting their items because it is so slow. All of the curbside spaces are full....support this shopper amenity by putting more than 1 person on it. Unreal. Visit Target Curbside and week how it’s done.
